LORETO: Adore has been appointed as the toy distributor for Rainbow's Winx Club in Turkey.
The agreement will begin with the distribution of the brand's doll range in Turkey's major toy retailers. Nearly a dozen new Winx Club doll collections are expected to come out this year, influenced by the series' upcoming fifth season, which is being co-produced with Nickelodeon.
Currently in 50 countries, Winx Club dolls are produced and distributed by Jakks Pacific in North America, Australia, New Zealand and the U.K. The Rainbow Group's Witty Toys produces the dolls for the rest of the worldwide market.
Onno van der Werken, the senior VP and general manager of Witty Toys B.V., commented: "Winx Club is a key brand for us and we are excited to go into partnership with Adore on the promotion and distribution of Winx Club dolls as part of the launch campaign for season five and also for future product in Turkey."
Esin Yürür, the general manager of Adore Oyuncak, added: "We are very happy and excited to extend our portfolio with Winx Club, a leading global brand in girls' category.
